Additional Info To Pierce Minors:
- Anyone UNDER the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This adult must have a valid government issued photo ID present at the appointment.
- You must have a birth certificate available at the appointment for the minor being pierced.
- If the adult accompanying the minor is not on the birth certificate, they will need everything previously mentioned, and additional paperwork is required.
- For legal guardians you need to bring court documents stating the adult has legal guardianship.
- For adopted parents you need to bring paperwork issued by the state stating legal adoption has taken place.
The state requires that we have proof the adult is allowed to legally sign for and consent for the minor being pierced. This prevents any random adult from being able to have your child pierced.
